Unclaimed Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for orders that are not picked up, as we cannot resell products that have left our control.

Upon inspection, if we confirm a quality issue, we will provide a proportional refund based on the amount returned. Please note, the final decision on product quality rests with us.
